• Beekeeping & AI Integration: Brings 30+ years of commercial beekeeping experience, including successful research on bee selection and the practical implementation of AI automation processes on his own Michigan apiary.

• ESG Compliance & Autonomy Moat: Possesses a Ph.D. and engineering background with expertise in solar system design and energy auditing, which is critical for creating autonomous, low-OPEX UltraHive nodes.

• IP Protection & Governance: Holds specialized training from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and has led the development of documentation for IP commercialization, essential for securing our AI algorithms (Waggle Dance Analyzer).

Role: VP, Community Engagement & Advocacy

The founder of The Kilted Farmer, bringing a proven, replicable model for B2C customer acquisition, successful local Government Relations (GR), and ethical brand building.

• Proven BaaS Model (Adopt-A-Hive): Developed and scaled the highly successful 'Adopt-A-Hive' program, providing UltraHive Flow with a verified, high-LTV template for our Patronage Pro B2C subscription model.

• Government Relations (GR) & Scalability: Successfully advocated for the Urban Farming Ordinance in Jackson, Michigan, demonstrating the critical skill set needed to eliminate legal barriers for our urban apiary expansion.
